Your Orbiter carries a limited lifetime functional warranty.
The wood base and metal stand are covered for life. If the glass
breaks, please contact us at MFLB.IT/CONTACT for information
regarding our glass replacement program.
The warranty does not cover Orbiters that are: lost, stolen, confiscated,
wilfully destroyed, intentionally damaged, or with no serial number.
For warranty service, fill out our online form at MFLB.IT/CONTACT. You
will be asked to provide: your name, address, phone number, the serial
number of your Orbiter, a photo of the issue, and description of the issue.
