Cause Remedies

burned and cause short circuit of winding
of stator and rotor coil
Repair or replace coil
⑶ Ineffective regulator or too high of
regulated voltage, overloaded for a long
time
Replace or adjust
6.Charged current too big
⑴ Inner short circuit of single grille of
battery
Replace
⑵ Too high regulated voltage of regulator Adjust lower
⑶ Poor earthing of regulator Check and repair
⑷ Regulator terminal ineffective and dirty Repair and clean
