CHECK THE PASSENGER AIRBAG
POSITIVE LINE FOR ISOLATION FROM
POWER
SRSD1
Deactivate the Airbag system. (Follow the procedure given in the Deactivation sheet.)
Turn the ignition key to ON position.
Measure the voltage between:
(+) Red Probe of Multimeter
Vehicle Battery
(-) Black Probe of Multimeter
Airbag Simulator, Fitted in PAB harness
Positive terminal Red Colour extension
Is the voltage more than 3.7 V?
YES
GO to SRSD2
NO
Replace the CCB wiring harness and reactivate the
system.
(Refer to Reactivation sheet.)
