  If nothing happens when you push the remote button on your Majic Stairs Lifting Systems, first, ensure the light is blinking on the remote. If it's not, replace the batteries. Next, check the breaker to confirm the power is on. If the lift moves up or down, repeat Section 7 Step 1, and then follow Section 8 for Remote Programming.

  If your Majic Stairs Lifting Systems goes up and then comes back down about 1 foot when it hits the ceiling, it means the lift motor senses an obstruction. To fix this: * Ensure that nothing is preventing the door from closing. * Verify that all four corners touch the ceiling simultaneously.
