DISASSEMBLING
Housing set (R)
Housing set (L)
(1) Remove Drill chuck as drawn in Fig. 2.
(2) Separate Housing set (R) from Housing set (L) and take out Spindle section as drawn in Fig. 3.
(3) Spindle section can be disassembled as drawn in Fig. 4.
1. Loosen seven 4x18 Tapping screws to
remove Housing set (R).
1. Remove Ball bearing 696ZZ
with 1R269.
3. Remove Retaining ring S-10 with 1R291.
4. Remove Ball bearing 6900LLB from Spindle
with 1R269.
2. Fix Helical gear 34 to 1R139 and press Helical gear 34 with
Arbor press to remove Spindle.
