If your Malmbergs Dehumidifier isn't collecting water, it might simply need more time to dry the room. Ensure enough time has passed for it to work. Also, a blocked filter could be the culprit, so try cleaning the filter. Low indoor temperatures can also reduce dehumidifying volume, especially below 18 degrees Celsius, so consider increasing the room temperature. Lastly, inspect the water pipe to ensure it is not tied or deflated; check the water pipe.
