1. The serial number is inside the door frame—
on the top of the door jamb. When contacting us about a
problem, please have this number handy.
2. Your pod is powered by one standard outlet.
The electrical cord extends two feet from either side of the
footprint of the unit. Place the pod so that the cord doesn’t span
a walkway and route the cord to prevent cord damage or tripping.
Inspect the cord regularly for signs of wear or damage. If the cord
becomes unplugged, the pod’s lights, fan, and internal outlets
will not work. We recommend installing an outlet lock to prevent
unauthorized people from unplugging the pod.

3. Pods are intended for indoor use only.
The exhaust fans provide white noise and help circulate
air (pulling it in from outside the unit). With this in mind,
consider the environmental conditions where you place
your pod. Original and XL pods can be moved easily
(on casters) if needed. The Solo pod must be disassembled
before it’s relocated.
4. Let us know where your pod lives.
If your pod is for public use, we include the address and
a description in the Mamava mobile app so breastfeeding
parents can find it. If you move your pod, let us know. And don’t
forgot to update your wayfinding information! See Preparing for
Your Mamava for more on placing your pod.

this pod—if it’s clean! You might even
get a positive shout-out on social media.
A dirty pod could get you called out
too. Common complaints: Cleanliness
issues, pod is too hot/too cold, access
issues. (And, of course, we’ll pass along
any feedback we receive on your pod.)
