The tachometer displays the engine crankshaft’s revolutions per minute
(RPM). For your engine’s maximum full-throttle RPM, consult the
engine owner’s manual. Do not exceed those specifications. RPM at
wide open throttle will vary based on propeller size (pitch and diameter).
Your Manitou dealer can assist you with propeller selection.
The hourmeter is a digital readout that is part of the tachometer gauge. It
measures cumulative hours of engine operation. Use this gauge to log
engine maintenance, performance data, and fuel consumption.
The voltmeter shows the charge of your boat’s battery in volts DC. The
operating range is 10–14 volts. For more information, refer to your
engine or battery owner’s manual.
The fuel gauge displays the amount of fuel left in the fuel tank. It
provides the most accurate reading when the boat is level and at idle
speed. All Manitou models have a factory-installed fuel tank and come
standard with a fuel gauge, accurate to within one-quarter of tank
