B1 - Controllare livello olio idraulico
Posizionare il carrello su una superficie
piana con il motore spento e il braccio
telescopico ritratto e abbassato quanto più
possibile.
Riferirsi all’indicatore 1 (fig. B1/1).
Il livello dell’olio è corretto quando si trova
tra il riferimento superiore e quello inferiore.
- Se necessario, aggiungere olio (vedere
“ LUBRIFICANTI”) attraverso il foro di
riempimento 2 (fig. B1/1).
È necessario mantenere sempre il livello
d’olio al massimo.
- Aprire lo sportellino d’accesso “3” (fig.B1/1)
al bocchettone di riempimento dell’olio
idraulico.
B2 - Controllare pressione pneumatici e
serraggio dadi ruote
Controllare che il tubo dell’aria sia
correttamente collegato alla valvola del
pneumatico prima di iniziare il gonaggio
e allontanare chiunque durante lo
svolgimento delle operazioni. Attenersi alle
pressioni di gonaggio raccomandate.
- Controllare lo stato degli pneumatici per
individuare tagli, protuberanze, usure, ecc.
- Controllare il serraggio dei bulloni
delle ruote. La mancata osservanza di
questa avvertenza potrebbe causare il
deterioramento e la rottura dei perni delle
ruote, nonché la deformazione delle ruote
stesse.
- Controllare e, se necessario, regolare la
pressione degli pneumatici.

•Ruote anteriori: 8 bar - 116 psi
•Ruote posteriori: 8 bar - 116 psi

B1 - Check the hydraulic and transmis-
sion oil level
Set the truck on a flat surface with the
engine off and the telescopic boom re-
tracted and as low as
possible.
Refer to gauge 1 (fig. B1/1).
The oil level is correct when it is be-
tween the upper and lower marks.
- Add oil if necessary (consult the “LU-
BRICANT” chart) through fill hole 2 (fig.
B1/1).
The oil should always be kept to its
maximum level.
- Open the “3” (fig.B1/1) door to access the
tank for “DEF” refuelling.
B2 - Check the pressure and wheel
nut
torque
Check that the air hose is correctly
connected to the tyre valve before inating
and keep all persons at a distance during
ination. Respect the recommended tyre
pressures given.
- Check the condition of the tyres, to detect
cuts, protuberances, wear, etc.
- Check the torque load of the wheel nuts.
Non-compliance with this instruction can
cause damage and rupture to the wheel
bolts and distortion to the wheels.
- Check and restore tyre pressures if
necessary.

B1 - Hydraulikölstand prüfen
Den Oberwagen mit abgeschalteten Motor
und eingefahrenem und möglichst weit
gesenktem Teleskopausleger auf eine ebene
Fläche abstellen. Die Füllstandsanzeige
“1” (Abb. B1/1) beachten. Der Füllstand ist
korrekt, wenn er sich zwischen der oberen
und der unteren Markierung befindet.
- Falls erforderlich durch den
Öleinfüllstutzen “2” (Abb. B1/1) Öl der
vorgeschrieben Sorte einfüllen (vgl.
“TABELLE DER FÜLLMENGEN”).
Der Ölstand muss immer an der
oberen Markierung gehalten werden,
da die Ölmenge Einfluss auf den
Temperaturhaushalt der Hydraulik hat.
- Die Zugangsklappe “3” (fig.B1/1) der
Einfüllöffnung des Hydrauliköls öffnen.
B2 - Reifendruck prüfen und Anzugsmo-
ment der Radmuttern kontrollieren
Vor dem Lufteinfüllen darauf achten,
dass der Schlauch korrekt am Reifenventil
angeschlossen ist. Während der Arbeiten
darf sich niemand in unmittelbarer Nähe
aufhalten. Vorgeschriebenen Reifendruck
beachten.
- Reifen auf Risse, Ausbeulungen, Verschleiß
usw. prüfen.
- Anzugsmoment der Radmuttern prüfen.
Bei Nichtbeachtung dieses Hinweises
können die Achsschenkelbolzen
verschleißen und abbrechen und es kann
eine Verformung der Räder auftreten.
- Reifendruck prüfen und gegebenenfalls
korrigieren.

•Vorderräder: 8 bar - 116 psi
•Hinterräder: 8 bar - 116 psi
