C7 - Check fixing screws rotation
reducer
Raise the jib and place the jib safety wedge
on the rod of the lifting cylinder (see: 1 -
OPERATING AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
LIFT TRUCK MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS).
Place the truck on a horizontal surface
with off engine and the telescopic boom
completly lifted.
Carry out a visible check of the “1” (fig. C7)
fixing screws of the rotation reducer at
frame and if necessary, tighten the bolts to
the indicated torque values:
driving torque 200 Nm / 20.3 Kgm.
C8 - Clean and grease the cab door
pivots lubricators
Clean lubricators “1” (fig. C8).
Lubricate with grease (“LUBRICANT” chart).
Remove any excess grease.

C7 - Controllare serraggio viti fissaggio
riduttore rotazione
Sollevare il braccio e collocare il cuneo
di sicurezza sullo stelo del martinetto di
sollevamento (vedere: 1 - ISTRUZIONI
E NORME DI SICUREZZA: ISTRUZIONI
DI MANUTENZIONE DEL CARRELLO
ELEVATORE).
Posizionare il carrello su di una superficie
orizzontale con il motore fermo ed il braccio
telescopico completamente sollevato.
Effettuare un controllo visivo del fissaggio
delle viti “1” (fig. C7) del riduttore di
rotazione al telaio e in caso di anomalie
serrare i bulloni secondo i valori di coppia
descritti:
Coppia di serraggio 200 Nm / 20.3 Kgfm.
C8 - Pulire e ingrassare le cerniere della
portiera cabina
Pulire gli ingrassatori “1” (fig. C8).
Lubrificare con del grasso
(“LUBRIFICANTI”). Togliere l’eccesso di
grasso.

Den Ausleger hochheben und
den Sicherheitskeil an der Stange
des Hubzylinders anbringen (vgl.:
1 - SICHERHEITSHINWEISE UND
-VORSCHRIFTEN: WARTUNGSHINWEISE FÜR
DEN TELESKOPLADER).
Das Fahrzeug auf einer waagerechten
Stelle mit stehendem Motor und komplett
angehobenem Teleskopausleger
abstellen. Den Anziehdrehmoment
der Schrauben “1” (Abb. C7) der
Rotatoinsuntersetzungsgetriebe am
Fahrgestell visuell prüfen und bei Anomalien
die Bolzen mit den beschriebenen
Anziehdrehmomenten festziehen:
Anziehdrehmoment 200 Nm / 20.3 Kgfm.
C8 - Schmiernippel der Kabinentür
reinigen und abschmieren
Die Schmiernippel “1” (Abb. C8) reinigen.
Mit Fett (“SCHMIERMITTEL”) abschmieren.
Überschüssiges Fett entfernen.
