Poly-V-belt routing (engine with refrigerant
compressor) (D5/2.2):
1 - Alternator (D5/2.2)
2 - Tensioning pulley (D5/2.2)
3 - Coolant pump (D5/2.2)
4 - Refrigerant compressor (D5/2.2)
5 - Guide pulley (D5/2.2)
6 - Crankshaft (D5/2.2)
- Insert the 15 mm socket, with the handle 1
(D5/2.3) and extension attached, into the
tensioner 2 (D5/2.3).
- Swing the tensioning pulley up and
remove the poly-V-belt.
- Swing back the tensioner.
- Check that both the tensioner and the belt
pulley are in fault-free condition. Check
for such defects as worn bearings in the
tensioner, tensioning pulley and guide
pulleysand for wear of the tooth profile on
the belt pulleys.
- Replace faulty parts.
- Route the new poly-V-belt over all belt
pulleys except the tensioning pulley
(observe the poly-V-belt routing shown in
the illustration).
- Swing the tensioning pulley up using
thelever, lay the poly-V-belt over the
tensioning pulley and allow the tensioning
pulley to swing back.
- Remove the spanner and check for correct
seating of the poly-V-belt on the belt
pulleys.

Schema di scorrimento della cinghia
trapezoidale a nervature (motore con
compressore del liquido refrigerante) (D5/2.2):
1- Alternatore (D5/2.2)
2 - Rullo tendicinghia (D5/2.2)
3 - Pompa del liquido di raffreddamento
(D5/2.2)
4 - Compressore del liquido refrigerante
(D5/2.2)
5 - Rullo di rinvio e di guida (D5/2.2)
6 - Albero motore (D5/2.2)
- Inserire la leva di sbloccaggio 1 (D5/2.3)
con la prolunga e la chiave a tubo da 15
mm nel dispositivo tendicinghia 2(D5/2.3).
- Ribaltare verso l’alto il rullo tendicinghia
e rimuovere la cinghia trapezoidale a
nervature.
- Riposizionare il dispositivo tendicinghia.
- Controllare che il dispositivo tendicinghia
e le pulegge siano in perfette condizioni
(verificare ad esempio l’usura dei
cuscinetti del dispositivo tendicinghia,
del rullo tendicinghia e dei rulli di rinvio,
nonché l’usura delle pulegge).
- Sostituire i componenti difettosi.
- Applicare la cinghia trapezoidale a
nervature nuova su tutte le pulegge,
ad eccezione del rullo tendicinghia
(osservare la figura che illustra lo schema
di scorrimento della cinghia trapezoidale
a nervature).
- Sollevare il rullo tendicinghia mediante
una leva, applicare la cinghia trapezoidale
a nervature sul rullo tendicinghia, quindi
riportare all’indietro il rullo.
- Rimuovere la leva di sbloccaggio e
verificare che la cinghia trapezoidale sia
posizionata correttamente sulle pulegge.
Verlaufsschema des Keilriemens (Motor mit
Kompressor des Kühlmittels) (D5/2.2):
1 - Lichtmaschine (D5/2.2)
2 - Riemenspannerrolle (D5/2.2)
3 - Kühlmittelpumpe (D5/2.2)
4 - Kühlmittelkompressor (D5/2.2)
5 - Umlenk- und Führungsrolle (D5/2.2)
6 - Kurbelwelle (D5/2.2)
- Den Entriegelungshebel 1 (D5/2.3)
mit der Verlängerung und den
15 mm-Rohrschlüssel in die
Riemenspannervorrichtung 2 (D5/2.3)
einsetzen.
- Die Riemenspannerrolle nach oben
klappen und den Keilriemen entfernen.
- Die Riemenspannervorrichtung wieder
positionieren.
- Kontrollieren, dass die
Riemenspannervorrichtung und die
Riemenscheiben in perfektem Zustands
sind (z.B. den Verschleiß der Lager des
Riemenspanners, der Riemenspannerrolle
und der Umlenkrollen und der
Riemenscheiben kontrollieren).
- Die defekten Komponenten ersetzen.
- Den neuen Keilriemen auf alle
Riemenscheiben, außer der Spannrolle,
ziehen (die Abbildung beachten, welche
das Verlaufsschema des Keilriemens zeigt).
- Die Riemenspannerrolle mit einem
Hebel anheben, den Keilriemen auf die
Riemenspannerrolle ziehen und dann die
Rolle zurückbringen.
- Den Entriegelungshebel entfernen und
prüfen, dass der Keilriemen korrekt auf
den Riemenscheiben positioniert ist.
