- Refit the suction strainer making sure the
seal is in the correct position.
Filling up the oil
- Refit and tighten the drainage plug 2 (E1/
E2).
- Fill the hydraulic oil tank through the
filler hole 7 (E1/E2) until the oil level lies
midway between the lower and upper
reference marks on the level indicator 8
(E1/E2).
-Check for leakage through the drain hole
2 (E1/E2).
- Fit and tighten the tank cover 3 (E1/E2).
Hydraulic circuit decontamination
- Leave the engine running (accelerator
pedal at halfway travel) for 5 minutes
without using anything on the lift truck,
then for 5 more minutes while fully using
the hydraulic movements (except the
steering system and the service brakes).
- Accelerate the engine at full speed for 1
minute, then activate the steering system
and the service brakes.
- This operation makes a pollution
abatement of the circuit possible through
the hydraulic return oil filter.
- Rimontare la succhieruola di aspirazione
verificando che la guarnizione sia
correttamente posizionata.
Riempimento con olio
- Rimettere e serrare il tappo di svuotamento
2 (E1/E2).
- Riempire il serbatoio d’olio (vedere
“LUBRIFICANTI”) attraverso il foro di
riempimento 7 (E1/E2) fino a quando il
livello dell’olio non è equidistante fra i
segni di riferimento inferiore e superiore
dell’indicatore di livello 8 (E1/E2).
- Controllare eventuali perdite dal foro di
svuotamento 2 (E1/E2).
- Mettere il tappo di chiusura del serbatoio
3 (E1/E2).
Disinquinamento del circuito idraulico
- Lasciar girare il motore termico (pedale
dell’acceleratore a metà corsa) per 5 minuti
senza nessun carico sul carrello elevatore;
in seguito, per altri 5 minuti utilizzando
completamente i movimenti idraulici
(tranne la direzione e i freni di servizio).
- Portare il motore termico a massimo
regime per 1 minuto; in seguito azionare la
direzione e i freni di servizio.
- Questa operazione permette un
disinquinamento del circuito mediante il
filtro dell’olio idraulico in aspirazione.
- Den Ansaugfilter wieder einbauen. Dabei
auf einwandfreien Sitz der Dichtung
achten.
Ölbefüllung
- Die Ablassschraube 2 (E1/E2) wieder
einsetzen und festziehen.
- Den Ölbehälter (vgl. "SCHMIERMITTEL")
durch die Einfüllöffnung 7 (E1/E2) mit Öl
auffüllen, bis der Ölstand zwischen der
unteren und der oberen Markierung des
Ölpeilstabs 8 (E1/E2) liegt.
- Die Ablassöffnung 2 (E1/E2) auf eventuelle
Leckagen kontrollieren.
- Den Behälterdeckel 3 (E1/E2) wieder
anbringen.
Entfernung von Schmutzpartikeln aus
dem Hydraulikkreis
- Den Motor 5 Minuten laufen lassen
(Gaspedal dabei halb durch treten), ohne
dass der Teleskoplader irgendwie betätigt
wird. Danach weitere 5 Minuten laufen
lassen und dabei alle Funktionen der
Arbeitshydraulik vollständig betätigen
(mit Ausnahme von Lenkung und
Betriebsbremse).
- Gas geben und Motor 1 Minute auf
Höchstdrehzahl laufen lassen, dann
Lenkung und Betriebsbremse betätigen.
- Durch diesen Vorgang werden
Schmutzpartikel über den Rücklauffilter
aus der Hydraulik entfernt.
