E9 - Controllare l’usura delle catene
esterne del braccio telescopico
- Sulle catene, l’usura si manifesta in vari
punti.
• Sulle articolazioni, il che si traduce in un
allungamento della catena.
• Sul profilo delle piastre per contatto con
le pulegge.
• Sulle superfici delle piastre e degli assi
sporgenti per contatto con le ganasce
delle pulegge.
• Sull’allineamento delle spalle degli assi
sporgenti.
Allungamento delle catene (E9.1)
Per questa operazione, vi consigliamo
l’uso del righello di controllo della catena
(riferimento MANITOU: 161583).
- Collocare il carrello elevatore sugli
stabilizzatori, con il braccio in orizzontale.
- Estendere completamente i bracci
telescopici e insistere per alcuni istanti sul
comando per tendere bene le catene.
- Se l’usura non è verosimilmente uniforme
su tutta la lunghezza, suddividere la
catena in 4 parti uguali, ed effettuare
un controllo al centro di ogni parte
utilizzando il righello.
Oltre il valore maxi (228,6 mm +2%
= 233,2 mm) [8,64 in +2%= 9,18 in],
sostituire la coppia di catene (consultare il
concessionario).
E9 - Checkng the external chains
for wear
- Chain wear occurs at a number of
locations.
• On the articulations, which leads to
elongation of the chain.
• On the edge of link plates through
contact with the pulleys.
• On the face of the plates and the
extended pins through contact with the
pulley flanges.
• On the alignment of the flats of the
extended pins.
Chain elongation (E9.1)
We recommend that you perform this
operation using the chain checking gauge
(MANITOU part No.: 161583).
- Set the lift truck on its stabilisers, with the
boom horizontal.
- Fully extend the telescopes and continue
operating the control for a few moments
to properly tension the chains.
- As the chain will likely wear unevenly over
its length, divide the chain into 4 equal
sections and check with the gauge at the
centre of each sect
If the maximum dimension is exceeded
(228,6 mm +2 % = 233,2 mm) [8,64 in +2%=
9,18 in], replace the pair of chains (contact
your dealer).

E9 - Verschleiß der Außenketten des
Teleskopauslegers prüfen
- An den Ketten tritt der Verschleiß an
verschiedenen Punkten auf.
• An den Gelenken, was sich durch eine
Verlängerung der Kette bemerkbar
macht.
• Am Profil der Kontaktplatten mit den
Kettenscheiben.
• An den Oberflächen der Platten und
der überstehenden Achsen für den
Kontakt mit den Bremsbacken der
Kettenscheiben.
• An der Ausrichtung der Schultern der
überstehenden Achsen.
Verlängerung der Ketten (E9.1)
Für diese Arbeit empfehlen wir, das
Kontroll-Lineal für die Kette (Bezug
MANITOU: 161583) zu verwenden.
- Den Teleskoplader mit waagrechtem
Ausleger auf den Stabilisatoren abstellen.
- Die Teleskopausleger komplett ausfahren
und einige Augenblicke auf dem Befehl
beharren, um die Ketten gut zu spannen.
- Wenn der Verschleiß nicht gleichmäßig
auf der ganzen Länge verteilt ist,
unterteilt man die Kette in 4 gleiche Teile
und führt eine Kontrolle in der Mitte jedes
Abschnitts mit dem Lineal aus.
Über den Max-Wert hinaus (228,6 mm +2
% = 233,2 mm) [8,64 in +2 %= 9,18 in] das
Kettenpaar ersetzen (wenden Sie sich herzu
an Ihren Händler).
