Usura del profilo delle piastre
Come per l’allungamento delle catene,
effettuare un controllo al centro di ogni
parte uguale tramite un calibro a corsoio.
Oltre il valore mini (23,85 mm - 2% = 23,38
mm) [0,93 in -2% = 0,91 in],(20,60 mm -
2% = 20,19 mm) [0,81 in -2% = 0,79 in],
sostituire la coppia di catene (consultare il
concessionario).
Usura degli assi sporgenti
Come per l’allungamento delle catene,
effettuare un controllo al centro di ogni

Oltre il valore mini (110,70 mm - 2% = 108,48
mm) [4,35 in - 2% = 4,27 in], (70,50 mm -2%
= 69,09 mm) [2,77 in - 2 % = 2,72 in], (41,15
mm -2% = 40,83 mm) [ 1,62 in - 2 % = 1,6 in]
sostituire la coppia di catene (consultare il
concessionario).
- Oltre all’usura, le pressioni elevate fra il
profilo delle piastre e le pulegge, possono
provocare un ricalcamento di materiale
che provoca un blocco delle articolazioni;
anche in questo caso sostituire la coppia
di catene.
Allineamento delle spalle degli assi
sporgenti
Effettuare il controllo sull’intera lunghezza
delle catene.
- Forti frizioni fra le piastre e gli assi
sporgenti possono causare una rotazione
di questi ultimi nelle piastre esterne
conconseguente fuoriuscita dalla sede.
Se le spalle non sono allineate nel senso
longitudinale della catena, sostituire
la coppia di catene (consultare il
concessionario).

the middle of each section using a calliper
gauge.
If the dimension is less than the minimum
dimension (23,85 mm - 2% = 23,38 mm)
[0,93 in -2% = 0,91 in],(20,60 mm - 2% =
20,19 mm) [0,81 in -2% = 0,79 in], replace
the pair of chains (contact your dealer).
Extended pin wear
As for chain elongation, perform a check in

- In addition to wear, the high pressures
between the side of the plates and the
pulleys may force out material, causing the
articulations to seize. Replace the pair of
chains in this case also.
Alignment of extended pin flats
Check the chains over their entire length.
- High friction between the plates and the
extended pins may cause the pins to turn
in the outer plates and thus come out of
their housing.
If the flats are not aligned in the longitudinal
direction of the chain, replace the pair of
chains (contact your dealer).

Wie bei der Verlängerung der Ketten, eine
Kontrolle in der Mitte jedes gleichen Teils
mit Hilfe einer Schieblehre ausführen.
Bei Unterschreiten des Mindestmaßes
(23,85 mm - 2 % = 23,38 mm) [0,93 in - 2 % =
0,91 in], (20,60 mm - 2 % = 20,19 mm) [0,81
in - 2 % = 0,79 in] das Kettenpaar ersetzen
(hierzu an den Händler wenden).

Wie bei der Verlängerung der Ketten, eine
Kontrolle in der Mitte jedes gleichen Teils
mit Hilfe einer Schieblehre ausführen.

- Außer dem Verschleiß, kann der hohe
Druck zwischen dem Profil der Platten und
den Kettenscheiben, eine Abschürfung
des Materials verursachen, das eine
Blockierung der Gelenke verursacht; auch
in diesem Fall muss das Kettenpaar ersetzt
werden.
Ausrichtung der Schultern der
überstehenden Achsen
Die Kontrolle auf der kompletten Länge der
Ketten ausführen.
- Eine erhöhte Reibung zwischen den
Platten und den überstehenden Bolzen
kann dazu führen, dass sich letztere
in die äußeren Platten hineindrehen
und infolgedessen aus ihrer Aufnahme
heraustreten.
Sind die Abflachungen nicht in
Längsrichtung der Kette geradlinig
ausgerichtet, ist das Kettenpaar
auszuwechseln (wenden Sie sich hierzu an
Ihren Vertragshändler).
