E9 - Wear of the boom telescopic

E10 - Check the bearings of the fifth
wheel coupling for wear and
play
The initial reference value of bearing play
in a new machine, as measured by the
Manufacturer, is 0.05 to 0.35 mm.
The maximum bearing play limit through
wear is 2.3 mm. If a higher value is
measured during an inspection, the fifth
wheel coupling must be replaced. Check
more frequently as the wear increases.
The test should be conducted using a dial
comparator with centesimal scale, with the
bearing at a standstill.
The instrument will measure the oscillation
between a condition with a negative
moment and one with a positive moment.
Park the truck on a flat surface, without a
load and with the boom fully raised.
Now place the comparator between the
turret and chassis, as shown in photo A
(Fig. E10).
Make sure that everything is in order,
then lower the boom until it nears the
comparator and reset the dial (negative
condition).
Fully raise the boom and read the float
value on the dial (positive condition).
The measured values will give the
amount of wear when compared with the
maximum limit value.

E10 - Verificare l’usura e l’incremento del
gioco dei cuscinetti della ralla
Il gioco dei cuscinetti a macchina nuova,
rilevato in Fabbrica, ha come valore iniziale
di riferimento 0,05 ÷ 0,35 mm.
Il valore di limite massimo d’usura del gioco
del cuscinetto è di 2,3 mm e se durante una
verifica viene misurato un valore superiore,
è necessario provvedere alla sostituzione
della ralla. All’aumentare dell’usura
intensificare i controlli.
La prova va eseguita tramite comparatore
ad orologio con scala centesimale, a
cuscinetto fermo.
Si rileverà l’oscillazione tra una condizione
con momento negativo ed una con
momento positivo.
Posizionare il carrello su di una superficie
piana, senza carico e con il braccio sollevato
al massimo.
Quindi collocare il comparatore tra la
torretta e il telaio, come in foto (E10).
Controllato che sia tutto in ordine abbassare
il braccio fino ad avvicinarlo al comparatore
ed azzerare l’orologio. (condizione
negativa).
Poi sollevare il braccio al max e leggere
il valore di gioco assiale sull’orologio
(condizione positiva).
I valori rilevati confrontati con il valore
di limite massimo, forniscono l’entità
dell’usura.

E10 - Verschleiß und Zunahme des Spiels
der Drehscheibenlager prüfen
Das Spiel der Lager bei einer neuen
Maschine, das im Werk geprüft wurde, hat
einen anfänglichen Referenzwert von 0,05
÷ 0,35 mm.
Der obere Verschleßgrenzwert des
Lagerspiels beträgt 2,3 mm. Wenn während
einer Kontrolle ein höherer Wert gemessen
wird, muss die Drehscheibe ausgewechselt
werden. Bei steigendem Verschleiß sind die
Kontrollen öfter auszuführen.
Diese Kontrolle wird mit einer Messuhr mit
Hunderstelskala bei sich nicht bewegendem
Lager ausgeführt.
Es ist eine Oszillation zwischen einer
Bedingung mit negativem Moment und
einer mit positivem Moment erkennbar.
Den Lader auf einer ebenen Fläche
abstellen, ohne Last und mit dem Ausleger,
die so weit wie möglich gehoben ist.
Dann die Messuhr zwischen dem
Oberwagen und dem Fahrgestell anbringen,
so wie in dem Foto gezeigt ist (E10).
Überprüfen, ob alles in Ordnung ist, damit
der Ausleger bis zur Messuhr gesenkt und
die Uhr nullgestellt werden kann. (negativer
Zustand).
Dann den Ausleger bis zur max. Stellung
heben und den Wert des Axialspiels auf der
Messuhr ablesen (positiver Zustand).
Die Messwerte liefern im Vergleich zum
max. Grenzwert das Verschleißausmaß.
