MONTAGE DER KLAPPLEITER FÜR DIE
WARTUNG
Der Stapler ist mit einer klappbaren Leiter
ausgestattet, die sich auf der Rückseite des
Oberwagens befindet (siehe: 2 - BESCHREIBUNG).
Falls erforderlich ist die Leiter für die Ausführung
von Wartungsarbeiten auf dem begehbaren Teil
der Maschine zu installieren.
MONTAGE DER LEITER
- Die Leiter von der Haube hinter der Kabine
abnehmen “1”.
- Die Leiter “2” ganz aufklappen und mit dem
Drehgriff “3” blockieren.
- Die Leiter so drehen, dass die
Aufhängvorrichtungen “4” nach oben zeigen.
- Die Leiter an den Kotflügeln “5” der Maschine
abstützen und ihre Standsicherheit sicherstel-
len, indem man die Aufhängvorrichtungen “4”
in die Sicherheitslöcher in den Kotflügeln ein-
rasten lässt.
Wenn man die Leiter bewegt, darf sich kein
Arbeiter auf ihr befinden.
Während der Ausführung der Arbeiten muss eine
am Boden stehende Person die Leiter ständig
überwachen.
FOLDING LADDER INSTALLATION FOR
MAINTENANCE
The truck is equipped with an ladder snap
that is placed backcab (see: 2 - DESCRIPTION).
If necessary, in case of maintenance interven-
tions install the ladder on the walkway of the
machine.
INSTALLATION OF THE LADDER
- Remove the ladder from the bonnet
backcab “1”.
- Fully open and lock the folding ladder
“2” moving the dial “3”.
- Place the ladder with devices hold
“4” upwards.
- Place the ladder to the fenders
machine “5” and ensure the stability
of the ladder hooking hold devices “4”
in the safety holes on fenders.
No worker should be on the ladder when it car-
ries out the displacement.
During the execution of the work, a person
must exercise constant vigilance of the ladder.
INSTALLAZIONE DELLA SCALA RIPIEGHEVOLE
PER LA MANUTENZIONE
Il carrello elevatore è dotato di una scala
mobile a scatto che è posta sulla parte
posteriore della torretta girevole (vedere: 2 -
DESCRIZIONE).
Se necessario, in caso di interventi di manu-
tenzione installare la scala sulla parte calpe-
stabile della macchina.
INSTALLAZIONE DELLA SCALA
- Prelevare la scala dal cofano dietro
cabina “1”.
- Aprire completamente e bloccare la
scala pieghevole “2” muovendo la
manopola “3”.
- Posizionare la scala con i dispositivi di
trattenuta “4” verso l’alto.
-Appoggiare la scala ai parafanghi
della macchina “5” e assicurare la
stabilità della scala agganciando i
dispositivi di trattenuta “4” negli appositi fori
di sicurezza sui parafanghi.
Nessun lavoratore deve trovar-
si sulla scala quando se ne effettua lo
spostamento.
Durante l’esecuzione dei lavori, una persona
deve esercitare da terra una continua vigilanza
della scala.
