INATTIVITA’ PROLUNGATA DELLA
MACCHINA
Se la macchina deve rimanere per lungo
tempo inoperosa è necessario adottare
alcune precauzioni importanti per il
mantenimento della stessa.
- Scegliere un luogo con superficie il più
possibile orizzontale e compatta, possibil-
mente protetta dagli agenti atmosferici e
dall’accesso di persone non autorizzate,
sulla quale parcheggiare la vostra mac-
china.
- Portare la leva dell’invertitore di marcia in
posizione neutra.
- Azionare il freno di stazionamento.
- Abbassare gli stabilizzatori per alleggerire
il carico gravante sui pneumatici.
- Arrestare il motore termico e togliere la
chiave di avviamento dal cruscotto.
- Chiudere sempre a chiave le porte della
cabina e tutti gli sportelli.
- Procedere alla pulizia generale della mac-
china.
- Sostituire completamente tutti i lubrifi-
canti e lubrificare la macchina.
- Sostituire le parti danneggiate o eccessi-
vamente usurate con ricambi originali e
ritoccare la verniciatura, ove necessiti, per
prevenire formazioni di ruggine.
- Ingrassare tutti gli organi provvisti di
ingrassatori.
- Spruzzare o cospargere un leggero velo
di grasso protettivo neutro sulle aste dei
cilindri idraulici e su tutte le parti sverni-
ciate della macchina.
- Riempire completamente il serbatoio
carburante per evitare formazioni di
ruggine.
- Lubrificare le guarnizioni esterne della
carrozzeria con appositi lubrificanti, per
evitare il degrado.
- Scollegare i morsetti della batteria, pulirli
e coprirli con un velo di grasso neutro.
- Togliere la batteria e conservarla in un
luogo temperato ed asciutto.
LENGTHY LAYOFFS
If the machine is to be out of use for a long
period, a number of important
precautions must be taken to ensure it
remains in good condition.
- Choose a place with the most compact,
level floor available, protected against
the weather and access by unauthorised
persons if possible, on which to park your
truck.
- Place the reverser lever in neutral posi-
tion.
- Push the selector of the parking brake.
- Lower the outriggers to lighten the load
on the tyres.
- Stop the engine and remove the ignition
key from the dashboard.
- Always lock the cab doors and all machi-
ne access hatches.
- Clean the machine in general.
- Completely change all lubricants, and
lubricate the machine.
- Replace damaged or excessively worn
parts with original spare parts and touch
up the paintwork where necessary, to
prevent rusting.
- Grease all components fitted with grease
nipples.
- Spray or spread a thin film of neutral
protective grease over the rods of the
hydraulic cylinders and on all parts of the
machine which are not painted.
- Fill the fuel tank to capacity to prevent
rusting.
- Lubricate the outside seals on the body
with suitable lubricants to prevent dete-
rioration.
- Disconnect the battery terminals, clean
them and coat them with neutral grease.
- Remove the battery and store it in a cool,
dry place.
VARLÄNGERTER MASCHINENSTILLSTAND
Wenn für die Maschine ein längerer
Stillstand vorgesehen ist, sind einige
wichtige Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, um ihre
Funktionstüchtigkeit zu erhalten.
- Die Maschine auf einer möglichst kom-
pakten, ebenen Fläche parken; sie sollte
auch vor Witterungseinflüssen sowie
vor unberechtigtem Zugang geschützt
werden.
- Den Schalthebel auf Neutralstellung posi-
tionieren.
- Feststellbremse festdrülken.
- Die Stabilisatoren ausfahren, um die
Pneubelastung zu vermindern.
- Thermischen Motor abschalten und den
Zündschlüssel abziehen.
- Kabinentür und alle Klappen zusperren.
- Die Maschine generell reinigen.
- Alle Schmierstoffe auswechseln und die
Maschine ölen.
- Beschädigte oder abgenutzte Teile mit
Originalersatzteilen ersetzen und evtl.
Lackschäden ausbessern, um Rostbildung
zu vermeiden.
- Alle mit Schmiernippeln versehenen Teile
schmieren.
- Auf die hydraulischen Zylinderstangen
und alle nicht lackierten Maschinenteile
mit einem dünnen Film eines neutralen
Schutzfettes besprühen.
- Den Kraftstofftank volltanken, um
Rostbildung zu vermeiden.
- Die äußeren Karrosseriedichtungen mit
Spezialschmierstoffen fetten, um deren
Austrocknen zu vermeiden.
- Die Batteriekabel abtrennen, reinigen und
mit neutralem Batteriefett einfetten.
- Die Batterie ausbauen und in trockenem,
temperiertem Raum aufbewahren.
