I  STABILIZERS AUTOMATIC LEVELLING
PUSHBUTTON
The machine is provided with a device for lev-
elling the outriggers in relation to the ground
to be able t
o level the machine and therefore
lift the boom to the maximum height in com-
plete safety and stability.
Work
ing of the device
Before levelling the machine select the four
outriggers by means of switches (F, G, J, K,
3.4).
Keep button (2,
3.4) pressed until the ma-
chine is leveled and stabilized.
On the con
trol panel, in “working page” check
the indications of machine leveled and stabi-
lized (I1,
3.24a).
To enable the automatic leveling of the
stabilizers, the operator must:
- close the cab door,
- place the gear in neutral reverse,
- extend the stabilizers arms more than
40%,
- completely close the telescopic boom,
- check to be positioned:
• or with front turret (no more than +/-
5 ° of rotation) and inclination of the
telescopic boom lower than 55°,
• or with the rotated turret (over +/-
5° of rotation) and telescopic boom
raised to a lower height of 3 m (9.8ft).
M  LEVELLING DEVICE
The (M,
3.5) lever on the right of the opera-
tor controls transverse levelling of the forklift
truck.
T
o carry out levelling operations press the
lever on the left to incline the vehicle to the
left. Push the lever on the right to incline the
vehicle to the right.
To make the vehicle perfectly horizontal,
check the level gauge (
3.5):
1. green bubble machine leveled.
2. red bubble machine is not leveled.

The levelling opera-
tion is not possible when:
- the telescopic boom is lift-
ed, by more than 30° or 3
m (9.8 ft) o the ground
,
- the turret is rotated by more than
15°.
The machines ar
e provided with a device for
levelling the frame in relation to the ground
to be able to level the machine and therefore
lift the boom to the maximum height in com
-
plete safety and stability.
This devic
e makes it possible to correct the
level by 8° to the right and 8° to the left.
Using this device
Level the vehicle before lifting and extending
the boom, with reference to the level gauge
meant for the purpose.
If the vehicle is not level, lower the boom and
repeat the levelling operation.

I  PULSANTE LIVELLAMENTO AUTOMATI
CO STABILIZZATORI
La macchina è dotata di un dispositivo di
livellamento degli stabilizzatori, rispetto
al terreno per poter livellare la macchina e
quindi sollevare il braccio all’altezza massima
in tutta sicurezza e in completa stabilità.
Funzionamento dispositivo
Prima di livellare la macchina occorre selezio
-
nare i quattro stabilizzatori, interruttori (F, G,
J, K
,

Mantenere premuto il pulsante (2,
3.4)
no a quando la macchina è livellata e stabi-
lizzata.
Su pannello di con
trollo, in “pagina lavoro”,
controllare le indicazioni di macchina livellata
e stabilizzata (I2,
3.4).
Per abilitare il livellamento automatico de-
gli stabilizzatori, l’operatore deve:
- chiudere la portiera cabina,
- posizionare l’inversore di marcia in folle,
- estendere le travi stabilizzatori oltre il 40%,
- rientrare completamente il braccio teles
-
copico,
- controllare di essere posizionati:
• o con torretta frontale (non oltre +/- 5°
di rotazione) e inclinazione braccio
telescopico minore di 55°,
• o con torretta ruotata (oltre +/- 5° di
rotazione) e braccio telescopico solle-
vato ad un altezza inferiore di 3 m.
M  DISPOSITIVO DI LIVELLAMENTO
La leva (M,
3.5) situata a destra dell’opera-
tore, comanda il livellamento trasversale del
carr
ello elevatore.
Per eettuare le operazioni di livellamento
spingere la leva verso sinistra per inclinare la
macchina verso sinistra. Spingere la leva verso
destra per inclinare la macchina verso destra.
Per ottenere una precisa orizzontalità della
macchina far riferimento alla livella a bolla
(
3.5):
1. bolla verde macchina livellata
2. bolla rossa macchina non è livellata.

L’operazione di livellamento non è
possibile quando:
- viene sollevato il braccio telescopi-
co, oltre 30° o 3 m dal suolo,
- si ruota la torretta oltre 15°.
L
e mac
chine sono dotate di un dispositivo di
livellamento del telaio, rispetto al terreno per
poter livellare la macchina e quindi sollevare il
braccio all’altezza massima in tutta sicurezza e
in completa stabilità.
Questo dispositivo permette di correggere il
livello di 8° a destra e 8° a sinistra.
Come si usa questo dispositivo
Livellare la macchina prima di sollevare e sl

are il braccio facendo riferimento all’apposita

ella a bolla.
S
e ci si accorge che la macchina non è a livello
riabbassare il braccio e ripetere l’operazione di
messa a livello.

Funktionsw
eise der Vorrichtung
Vor dem Ausrichten des Fahrzeuges müssen
die vier Stabilisatoren ausgewählt werden:

Die Taste (2,
3.4) gedrückt halten, bis das
Fahrzeug ausgeglichen und stabilisiert ist.
An der Steuertafel auf der "Seite Betrieb" die
Anzeige des ausgeglichenen und stabilisier
-
ten Fahrzeugs (I2,
3.4) prüfen.
Zur Freigabe der automatischen Niveaurege-
lung der Stabilisatoren muss der Bediener:
- Die Kabinentür schließen,
- Den Fahrtrichtungswählschalter auf Neu-
tral stellen,
- Die Stabilisatorenbalken über 40% ausfahren,
- Den Teleskoparm komplett einfahren,
- Kontrollieren, ob folgende Positionierun-
gen gegeben sind:
• Entweder Oberwagen frontal (nicht mehr
als +/- 5° Rotation) und Neigung des
Teleskopauslegers von weniger als 55°,
• Oder mit rotiertem Oberwagen (mehr als
+/- 5° Rotation) und Teleskoparm auf einer
Höhe von weniger als 3 m angehoben.
M  AUSGLEICHER
Der Hebel (M,
3.5) an der rechten Seite des
Bedieners steuert den Ausgleich des Telesko-
pladers in Querrichtung.
Für den A
usgleich den Hebel nach links drü-
cken, um die Maschine nach links auszukip-
pen. Den Hebel nach rechts drücken, um die
M
aschine nach r
echts auszukippen.
Um eine präzise Waagrechtigkeit der Maschine
zu erhalten, auf die Wasserwaage Bezug neh
-
men (
3.5):
1. Waage grün = Maschine ausgeglichen
2. Waage rot = Maschine nicht ausgeglichen
h
Der Ausgleich ist nicht möglich,
wenn:
- der Teleskopausleger um mehr als 30°
oder 3 m vom Boden angehoben ist,
- der Oberwagen um mehr als 15°
gedreht ist
.
Die Maschinen sind mit einer Vorrichtung für
den Ausgleich des Fahrgestells zum Boden
ausgestattet, um das Fahrzeug auszurichten
und somit den Ausleger sicher und stabil auf
die maximale Höhe bringen zu können.
Diese Vorrichtung gestattet den Ausgleich um
8° an der rechten und um 8° an der linken Seite.
Anwendung dieser Vorrichtung
Die Maschine vor dem Heben ausgleichen und
den Ausleger mit Bezugnahme auf die Wasser
-
waage ausfahren.
Wenn die M
aschine nicht ausgeglichen ist, den
Ausleger wieder senken und das Ausgleichs-
verfahren wiederholen.
