OPTIONAL FUNCTIONS SWITCHES
ENGINE BRAKE SWITCH
The engine brake decelerates the telehan-
dler without using mechanical friction in
order to avoid the overheating of the brake
system.
This brake is mainly used in the long de-
scents, and it allows to brake the vehicle
without stressing the brakes.
Press the switch (2,
3.22) to enable (1a,
1b,
3.22) or disable (0,3.22) the en-
gine brake.
On the control panel an grey indicator
light (2a,
3.22) or yellow indicator light
(2b,
3.22) indicates that the function is
active .
On the switch (2,
3.22) the LED
(1,
3.22) comes on to indicate that the
function is active.
The engine brake allows two stages of de-
celeration (0, 1a, 1b,
3.22), a low and an
intense one.
Operating conditions of the engine brake.
The engine brake only works if:
- the engine water temperature is > 60°C
- the accelerator pedal is not pressed
- the revs of the I.C. engine are > 1100
rpm.

IMPORTANT! In order to main-
tain the braking power of the
engine brake, the speed shall
not exceed 42 km/h. If required,
slow down the machine by press-
ing the service brake pedal.
If the speed of the machine ex-
ceeds 42 km/h, the driver will be
warned by an alarm sound and
an optical signal “BRAKE” on the
tachometer.

INTERRUTTORI FUNZIONI OPTIONAL
INTERRUTTORE FRENO MOTORE
Il freno motore decelera il sollevatore te-
lescopico senza usare frizione meccanica
per evitare il surriscaldamento del sistema
frenante.
Questo freno è principalmente utilizzato
nelle lunghe discese, e permette di frenare
la macchina senza sollecitare i freni.
Premere l’interruttore (2,
3.22) per at-
tivare (1a, 1b,
3.22) o disattivare (1a,
0,
3.22) il freno motore.
Sul pannello di controllo una spia grigia
(2a,
3.22) o una gialla (2b,3.22) indica
che la funzione è attiva .
Sull’interruttore (2,
3.22) il led si accende
(1,
3.22) per indicare che la funzione è at-
tiva.
Il freno motore consente due fasi di decele-
razione (0, 1a,1b,
3.22) una bassa ed una
intensa.
Condizioni di funzionamento del freno mo-
tore.
Il freno motore funziona solo se:
- l’acqua motore è > 60 °C
- il pedale dell’acceleratore non è premuto
- i giri del motore termico sono > di 1100
rpm.

IMPORTANTE! Per mantenere
la massima potenza frenante
del freno motore, non supe-
rare i 42 km/h di velocità. Se
necessario rallentare la velo-
cità della macchina premendo
il pedale dei freni di servizio.
Se la velocità della macchina su-
pera i 42 km/h, il guidatore viene
avvisato da un allarme sonoro e
da una segnalazione ottica su ta-
chimetro “BRAKE” (frenare).

SCHALTER MOTORBREMSE
Die Motorbremse verlangsamt den Teles-
koplader, ohne die mechanische Kupplung
zu benutzen, um eine Überhitzung des
Bremssystems zu vermeiden.
Diese Bremse wird vor Allem bei langen
Bergab-Fahrten benutzt und erlaubt die
Maschine zu bremsen, ohne die Bremsen zu
beanspruchen.
Den Schalter (2,
3.22) drücken, um die
Motorbremse zu aktiveren (1a, 1b,
3.22)
oder zu deaktivieren (1a, 0,
3.22).
Auf der Steuertafel zeigt eine graue
(2a,
3.22) oder eine gelbe Kontrollleuchte
(2b,
3.22) an, dass die Funktion aktiv ist.
Auf dem Schalter (2,
3.22) leuchtet die
LED (1,
3.22) auf, um anzuzeigen, dass die
Funktion aktiv ist.
Die Motorbremse ermöglicht zwei Abbrem-
sungsphasen (0, 1a,1b,
3.22): eine niedri-
ge und eine intensive.
Betriebsbedingungen der Motorbremse.
Die Motorbremse funktioniert nur, wenn:
- die Kühlmitteltemperatur > 60°C
- das Gaspedal nicht gedrückt ist
- die Verbrennungsmotordrehzahl > 1100
UpM.

WICHTIG! Um die maximale
Bremsleistung der Motorbrem-
se beizubehalten, darf die Ge-
schwindigkeit von 42 km/h nicht
überschritten werden. Ggf. die
Geschwindigkeit der Maschi-
ne durch Drücken des Pedals
der Betriebsbremsen drosseln.
Wenn die Geschwindigkeit der
Maschine die 42 km/h überschrei-
tet, wird der Fahrer durch einen
Alarmton und die Anzeige am
Tachometer "BRAKE" (bremsen)
gewarnt.
