Da effettuare ogni settimana se il
carrello non ha raggiunto le 50 ore
di marcia settimanali.
Sollevare il braccio e collocare il cuneo di
sicurezza sullo stelo del martinetto di solle-
vamento (vedere: 1 - ISTRUZIONI E NORME DI
SICUREZZA: ISTRUZIONI DI MANUTENZIONE
DEL CARRELLO ELEVATORE).
In caso di utilizzo intenso in
atmosfera molto polverosa o ossidante, ridurre
questa periodicità a 10 ORE di funzionamento
o ogni giorno.
B5 - Ingrassare il perno di articolazione del
braccio telescopico (fig.B5).
B6 - Ingrassare il perno di articolazione
dell’attacco rapido (fig.B6).
B7 - Ingrassare i perni del martinetto
inclinazione forche lato stelo
(fig.B7/1) e lato fondello (fig.B7/2).
B8 - Ingrassare i perni del martinetto
di sollevamentolato lato fondello
5 (fig.B8/1) e lato stelo 6 (fig.B8/2).
To be carried out weekly, if the lift truck has
been operated for less than 50 hours during
the week.
Raise the jib and place the jib safety wedge
on the rod of the lifting cylinder (see: 1 -
OPERATING AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
LIFT TRUCK MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS).
In the event of prolonged use in an extre-
mely dusty or oxidising
atmosphere, reduce this interval to 10
working hours or every day.
B6 – Grease the telescopic boom
articulation pivot (fig.B6).
B7 – Grease the quick-release
coupling pivot (fig.B7).
B8 – Grease the pivots of the rod
side (fig.B8/1) and bottom side
forks inclination cylinder (fig.B8/2).
B9 –Grease the bottom disk side
5 (fig.B9/1) and rod side
6 (fig.B9/2) lift jack pivots.

Realizar esta operación cada semana en caso
de que la carretilla elevadora no haya alcanza-
do las 50 horas de marcha durante la semana.
Elevar el brazo y colocar el calce de seguridad
en la barra del gato elevador
(ver: 1 – INSTRUCCIONES
Y CONSIGNAS DE SEGURIDAD DE LA
CARRETILLA ELEVADORA).
En caso de empleo severo con atmósfera polvo-
rienta o oxidante, reducir la presente periodici-
dad a 10 horas de marcha o cada día.
B5 - Engrasar el perno de articulación del
brazo telescópico (fig. B5).
B6 - Engrasar el perno de articulación del
acoplamiento rápido (fig. B6).
B7 - Engrasar los pernos del gato
inclinación horquillas lado vástago
(fig.B7/1) y lado base (fig.B7/2).
B8 - Engrasar los pernos del gato
elevación lado base 5 (fig.B8/1) y
lado vástago 6 (fig.B8/2).
