Accensione del carrello e utilizzo del
cestello Aerial Jib
- Inserire il freno a mano.
- Posizionare il cambio in posizione neutra.
- Lasciare acceso il motore termico legger-
mente accelerato (da 800 a 850 min
-1
)
tramite l’acceleratore manuale.
Per le macchine con rotazione 400° la leva
del acceleratore è situata in cabina.(Fig. 10).
Per le macchine con rotazione 360° la leva
del acceleratore è situata sotto la cabina,
sul serbatoio gasolio.(Fig. 10).
- Abbassare gli stabilizzatori, prestando
attenzione di stabilizzare il carrello
elevatore su un terreno solido e
pianeggiante.
- Livellare il carrello:
Correggere l’inclinazione laterale e
longitudinale con l’aiuto degli
stabilizzatori, controllando l’avvenuto
livellamento sull’indicatore a bolla situato a
destra dell’operatore. (Fig. 11)
Nota : La tolleranza massima ammessa
sull’orizzontalità longitudinale e
trasversale è di ± 3°.
ASSICURARSI DI
AVER SOLLEVATO LE RUOTE DA TERRA.
CONSIDERANDO LE DIMENSIONI DEL
BRACCIO DEL CESTELLO AERIAL JIB ,
TUTTI I COMANDI IDRAULICI DOVRANNO
ESSERE UTILIZZATI CON DOLCEZZA E
SENZA COLPI BRUSCHI PER RIDURRE
AL MASSIMO L’OSCILLAZIONE DEL
CESTELLO.

Switching on the truck and using the
Aerial Jib basket
- On reaching the work site, apply the
hand brake.
- Position the gear in neutral.
- Keep the thermic engine accelerated (from
800 a 850 min
-1
) trough the manual
accelerator.
For the machines with rotation of 400° the
accelerator lever is placed in the cab.(Fig.
10).
For the machines with rotation of 360° the
accelerator lever is placed under the
cab, on the fuel tank.(Fig. 10).
- Lower the stabilizers, taking care to
stabilize the lift truck on firm, level
ground.
- Level the truck:
Correct the lateral and longitudinal inclination
with the help of the stabilizers, and check the
level using the spirit level to the right of the
operator. (Fig. 11)
N.B.:The maximum tolerance admitted on the
horizontal plane, longitudinal and transversal
side, is ± 3°.
BE SURE TO HAVE LIFTED THE WHEELS
FROM THE GROUND.
IN VIEW OF THE DIMENSIONS OF THE
AERIAL JIB BASKET BOOM, ALL THE
HYDRAULIC CONTROLS MUST BE USED
GENTLY AND WITHOUT MAKING ANY
BRUSQUE MOVEMENTS TO REDUCE
OSCILLATION OF THE BASKET TO THE
MINIMUM.
Einschalten des Staplers und Benutzung
des Arbeitskorbs Aerial Jib
- Wenn man an der Arbeitsstelle
angekommen ist, die Handbremse
anziehen.
- Den Schalthebel des Getriebes in die
neutrale Stellung bringen.
- Den Verbrennungsmotor mit den
Handgaszug leicht beschleunigt lassen (von
800 bis 850 min-1).
Bei den Maschinen mit Rotation von 400°
befindet sich der Handgaszug in der Kabine
(Abb. 10).Bei den Maschinen mit Rotation von
360° befindet sich der Handgaszug unter
der Kabine, auf dem Kraftstofftank (Abb. 10).
- Die Abstützungen senken und dabei
darauf achten, daß der Hubstapler auf
festem, ebenem Untergrund stabilisiert wird.
- Den Stapler nivellieren:
Die Seitenneigung in Quer- und
Längsrichtung mit Hilfe der Stabilisatoren
nachstellen, wobei die erreichte
Nivellierung auf der Wasserwaage rechts vom
Fahrer zu überprüfen ist. (Abb. 11)
ANMERKUNG : Die Toleranz der
Längshorizontale Lage und Querhoeizontale
Lage von ± 3° zulässig ist.

BODEN AUFGEHOBEN WERDEN.
