Why is there no sound coming from my Marantz SC-7S2 speakers?

  Several factors could be the reason for the lack of sound from your speakers. Please check the following: * Ensure the correct input source is selected using the INPUT SELECTOR on the front panel. * Verify the ATTENUATOR feature is not set to '-'. * Confirm the SYNC indicator on the front panel is lit, the ID No. is correctly set, and the remote cable is properly connected. * Check that all connection cables between the unit and the player or power amplifier are correctly connected. * Ensure the power amplifier or input source is properly set. * Verify the speaker cables are correctly connected between the power amplifier and the speaker system. * Confirm you are using the player correctly.

What to do if my Marantz SC-7S2 shows error code E11?

  Error code E11 indicates a communication problem between ID No. 1 (master) and ID Nos. 2 ~ 6 (slaves). Make sure that power to ID No. 1 is ON. Also, check the IN/OUT connections of the remote cable and properly connect them if needed.
