Unpack the unit and accessories, keeping packaging for future use. Remove transport lockings.
Fit the platter, depress the center locking mechanism until it engages, and place the platter mat.
Insert hinges into recesses and slide the dust cover parallel until it locks in position.
Connect the mains set to Socket 11. Plug into a power supply matching the unit's voltage.
Connect RCA plugs to amplifier inputs (red=right, white=left) and the earth wire to the ground connector.
Select speed for auto start. Remove stylus guard, disengage tonearm, and set switch to Start.
Select speed. Swivel stylus guard up, set cueing lever. Position tonearm and lower slowly using lever.
Tonearm auto-resets at record end. Manual stop via cueing lever and tonearm rest.
Stylus wears over time; check periodically. Replace with recommended types to avoid record damage.
