HOW TO MAKE PASTA
SHEETS AND PASTA USING
THE PASTA MIXER
Cut the dough you’ve made into
4-5 pieces (Fig. 7).
Attach the smooth roller accessory to
the machine. Set the selector to 0 by
pulling it out and rotating it, so that
the rollers are fully open (Fig. 8).
Feed one of the dough pieces
through the rollers (Fig. 9).
Repeat this step 5-6 times, folding
the pasta sheet each time and, if
necessary, adding more our (Fig. 10/11).
