6. Installation
Before installation:
• Turn off all devices (TV and HDMI sources) before connecting them
to the Connect 310 UHD 2.0™. If a device cannot be turned off,
please remove the plug from the socket.
• Only use High Speed HDMI® certified cables for the best picture and
sound quality. Using too much force to connect or disconnect the
HDMI cables may damage them.
1. Use an HDMI cable to connect the HDMI sources (such as game
consoles, Blu-ray players and Digital TV Decoders) to the HDMI ports
marked "HDMI input".
2. Use an HDMI cable to connect the TV to the HDMI port marked
"HDMI output".
3. If required, connect the IR receiver to the "IR" input in order to
continue to operate it when it is positioned out of sight, for example,
in a closed cabinet. Remember to position the IR receiver itself within
the remote control's line of sight.
4. Use the USB power cable to connect the power adapter to the "DC
5V" connector and insert the plug into the wall socket.
