• The antenna is not fully pulled out
(telescopic antenna). Pull out the antenna
all the way.
• The antenna is not properly earthed.
Earth the antenna properly.
NO STEREO RECEPTION
• Set the exact reception frequency.
• The radio signal is too weak for stereo
reception, switch to mono reception.
THE REMOTE CONTROL DOES NOT
WORK
• Replace the batteries in remote control.
• Point the remote control at the receiver
on the main unit.
• Clean the surface of the remote control
receiver.
NOTE:
Contact the retailer if the product does
not work after following all the steps in
the troubleshooting. Do not dismantle the
product or attempt to repair it.
3. Select image format, [16:9] or [4:3].
4. Adjust screen brightness.
5. Set date and time.
6. Go to Bluetooth menu and change
Bluetooth settings.
7. Go to interface and assign functions to
controls and buttons on knob.
8. Adjust button lighting on front panel.
9. Go to menu [Info] to see system
information.

• Check that all the connections are correct.
• Check that the fuse is intact.
NO SOUND
• Check that the speakers are correctly
connected.
THE MAIN UNIT HAS FROZEN
• Switch o the unit and restart, or
disconnect and reconnect the power
supply to the unit.
THE MAIN UNIT DOES NOT RESPOND
WHEN PRESSING THE BUTTONS.
• Switch o the unit and restart, or
disconnect and reconnect the power
supply to the unit.
WEAK RECEPTION OR NO RADIO
SIGNAL
• Check that the antenna is correctly
connected and that the antenna cable
and antenna connections are in good
condition and intact.
