Why is the Maruson ULT-1K UPS beeping twice every second?

  The Maruson UPS is beeping twice every second because it is overloaded. To resolve this, remove some of the devices connected to the UPS. If the UPS is locked in Bypass mode after repetitive overloads, first remove some of the devices connected to the UPS, then shut down the UPS and restart it.

  The battery backup time might be shorter than expected for two reasons: the batteries may not be fully charged or the batteries are defective. Charge the batteries for at least 5 hours and then check capacity. If the problem still persists, consult your dealer.

Check if the input power cord is firmly connected to the mains. Alternatively, the AC input may be connected to the UPS output. Ensure you plug the AC input power cord into the AC input correctly.
