Fuel System: LPG 1G-16
c) Select “LPG Tank Pressure” under “Data List”
mode on scan tool. Check LPG pressure
displayed on scan tool.
d) Check that LPG pressure on LPG pressure
gauge and “LPG Tank Pressure” on SUZUKI
scan tool is similarly decreased, when LPG
pressure is relieved. If check result not
satisfactory, replace LPG pressure regulator.
LPG Pressure Regulator Removal and
Installation

Removal
1) Relieve LPG pressure in LPG fuel feed line. )
2) Drain coolant. )
3) Remove battery. )
4) Remove LPG fuel pipe (1).
5) Disconnect the following pipe, hoses and connectors
from LPG pressure regulator.
• Coolant hoses (1)
• LPG fuel hose (2)
• Vacuum hose (3)
• LPG fuel pipe (4)
• Manual shut-off valve connector (5)
6) Remove LPG pressure regulator (1) with LPG
pressure regulator bracket (2).
7) Remove LPG pressure regulator bracket from LPG
pressure regulator if necessary.
Installation
Reverse removal procedure for installation noting the
following.
• Tighten LPG fuel pipe nuts to specified torque.
Tightening torque
LPG fuel pipe nut: 17 N·m (1.7 kgf-m, 12.5 lbf-ft)
• Refill cooling system. )
• Check for coolant leaks. )
• Check for LPG fuel leaks. )
