Summary

Introduction

Design Features

Amplifier Functions

Speakers

Connect speakers/subwoofers to terminals, checking wiring for proper polarity.

+12 Volt Power

Connect terminal through a fuse or circuit breaker to the positive battery terminal.

Auto Sensing Turn On Function / REM OUT (HI-INPUTS)

Amp detects DC offset for auto turn-on/off or uses remote signal for power.

GND

Connect cable directly to the vehicle frame, ensuring bare metal contact.

RCA Input/Auto Hi-Low Line Convertor

Connects to source unit RCA low-level outputs or speaker high-level outputs.

Remote (Mono Blocks)

Connects remote controller for subwoofer amplifier volume adjustment.

Gain Control

Matches amplifier sensitivity to source unit signal voltage. Not a volume control.

Low Pass Filter Control (Mono Block)

Selects desired low-pass crossover frequency from 60Hz to 220Hz.

Subsonic Filter Control (Mono Block)

Filters out unwanted low frequencies from 0Hz to 60Hz to improve woofer handling.

Bass Boost Level Knob (Mono Block)

Adjusts bass boost level from 0 to 12dB for the bass boost center frequency.

Bass Boost Freq Knob (Mono Block)

Controls the boosted center frequency, adjustable from 30Hz to 120Hz.

X-Over Mode (Full Range)

Switch adjusts operating frequency range by selecting LPF or HPF filters.

Frequency Control (Full Range)

Controls frequency range for full-range operation (10Hz-300Hz or 100Hz-3KHz).

External Capacitor Input

Connects optional external capacitor for voltage stabilization and improved fidelity.

Woofer Channel Signal Selector (EX5)

Selects signal source for amplifier input channels on EX5 model.

Power Indicator

LED indicator that lights up when the amplifier is working properly.

Protection Indicator

Red LED indicates a fault; disconnect and resolve before reconnecting amplifier.

Differential Input Switch

Isolates unwanted ground noise, useful for specific electrical system setups.
