checking for doneness or removing Baskets from the stack.
WaTer DUring STeaming
1. If all the water in the water reservoir is used before the cooking
time is complete, the Digital Steamer will begin to beep to indicate
that you must add water in the base. Use a spouted vessel to add
water to either Water Fill Hole to rell the Steamer Base during
steaming.
2. Make sure that the water reaches the MAX water line. Add more
water as necessary.

Using protective
oven mitts, remove Basket(s) and Lid. Using a heat-resistant long
handled ladle or spoon, remove the majority of the water from the
Drip Tray, making sure that the water level always remains close
to the MAX water line. Replace the Basket(s) with Lid and
continue cooking.
USing THe DelaY Time fUnCTiOn
Your Digital Steamer allows you to delay cooking for up to 12 hours and
59 minutes.
1. Press the “SET” button and the default steaming time of 20
minutes (00:20) and the word STEAMER will ash in the LCD
Display. To adjust steaming time, press the HOUR and MINUTE
Buttons until desired cooking time is selected.
2. Press the “SET” Button again and the numbers 00:00 and the
word “TIMER” will ash in the display. Press the HOUR and MIN-
UTE Buttons to select the desired delay time. After 5 seconds,
the word “TIMER” will stop ashing and will remain in the display
panel. This indicates the unit is in the delay time mode. The delay
timer will begin to count down and then automatically switch to
the set cook time and the Red ON/OFF Button will illuminate.
