2 lobster tails
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 Tablespoons sour cream
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Fill water reservoir to MAX. Insert Drip Tray, place Steamer Basket on
top. Place lobster tails into the Steamer Basket and cover with lid. Set
timer to 22 minutes. Once the lobster is done, transfer to a serving
bowl and cool to room temperature.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, sour cream, lemon
peel and pepper.
Crack open tails and serve with lemon mayonnaise.
