      If the fan doesn't run and there's no heat, first ensure the unit is plugged in. If it is plugged in, the internal thermostat may have tripped. To reset it, turn the switch to the "Off" position, unplug the unit, wait 30 minutes, and then try again. If the heat gun still does not operate, disconnect it from the power supply and have it serviced by authorized personnel.

      If your Master Power Tool is only blowing cool air, the temperature dial might be set too low. Try rotating the temperature dial located at the back of the gun to increase the heat.
