Safety precautions
1. Spark and open flames are strictly prohibited.
Paints can be highly flammable and can cause fire.
2. Never use the following HALGOGENATED HYDROCARBON SOLVENTS
Which can cause cracks or dissolution on gun body (aluminum) by chemical reaction.
*unsuitable solvents: methyl chloride,dichloromethane,1.2- dichloromethane, carbon
tetrachloride,trichloroethylene,1.1.1- trichloroethane
(Be sure that all fluids and solvents are compatible with gun parts)
3. Securely ground spray gun by using air hose with built-in ground wire.
Ground wire: Less than 1MΩ. Check the earth stability periodically.
If not, insufficient grounding can cause fire and explosion due to static electric sparking.
1. Never point gun toward people or animal.
If done, it can cause inflammation of eyes and skin or bodily injury.
2. Never exceed maximum operating pressure and maximum operating Temperature
3. Be sure to release air and fluid pressures before cleaning, disassembling or servicing
If not, remaining pressure can cause bodily injury due to improper operation or scattering cleaning liquid.
In order to release pressure, first stop supply of compressed air, fluid and thinner to spray gun.
Then remove needle adjust knob and pull fluid needle set toward you.
4. Tip of fluid needle set has a sharp point.
Do not touch the tip of fluid needle during maintenance for the protection of human body.

Questions and Answers

Why does my Master Elite have a heavy center?
    • V
      Veronica VincentJul 29, 2025
If the Master Paint Sprayer is producing a heavy center, it might be due to the paint being too thick. Try adding thinner to decrease the paint's viscosity. Alternatively, the fluid output might be too low; in this case, turn the needle adjust knob counter-clockwise to increase fluid output.

How to fix fluttering with Master Elite?
    • S
      Stacey LaraAug 4, 2025
Fluttering in a Master Paint Sprayer can occur if air is entering where it shouldn't. This could be due to an over-tightened nozzle, allowing air to seep in between the fluid nozzle, air baffle, and gun body. Try removing the fluid nozzle to clean it, and replace it if damaged. Remember not to over-tighten the nozzle. Also, check the fluid needle packing screw and tighten it if air is being drawn from there. Finally, ensure the fluid inlet is clean and tightened to prevent air from entering at the fluid inlet or fluid hose joint.

What to do if my Master Paint Sprayer is spliting paint?
    • J
      jonesjorgeAug 10, 2025
If your Master Paint Sprayer is splitting the paint, it could be because the paint viscosity is too low. Try adding more paint to increase the viscosity. Also, check if the fluid output is too high; if so, tighten the needle adjust knob to reduce fluid output, or turn the pattern adjust valve set clockwise.

    Julie AvilaAug 16, 2025
Why Master Elite sprays in a crescent?
    • M
      Mackenzie Brooks MDAug 16, 2025
If your Master Paint Sprayer is spraying in a crescent shape, it may be caused by paint buildup on the air cap, partially clogging the horn holes. Remove any obstructions from the horn holes using the attached brush. Do not use metal objects to clean the horn holes.

How to fix inclined spraying with Master Elite Paint Sprayer?
    • M
      Marissa DavisAug 22, 2025
If your Master Paint Sprayer is spraying at an incline, it could be due to paint buildup or damage on the fluid nozzle circumference and air cap center. Clean any paint buildup, and if parts are damaged, replace them. Also, ensure the fluid nozzle is properly fitted; remove and clean it.
