How to troubleshoot no power to the console on Matrix Fitness Equipment?

If the Matrix Fitness Equipment console has no power, follow these steps: First, remove the front cover and check if LED D15 is lit on the LCB. If not, ensure the outlet provides 120V and check the fitness room power. If LED D15 remains unlit, replace the power cord. If LED D15 is lit, check for incoming AC voltage at the LCB, replacing power components as needed. If voltage is present but the issue persists, replace the LCB. Finally, check if LED1 is lit on the UCB. If not, unplug the console communication cable, measure voltage (should be around 12V) at Pin1 and Pin3 wires, and replace the console cable if needed. If LED1 remains unlit, replace the console.
