* Avoid contact of grease or lubricant with belt: If the contact surface of the belt is
contaminated with grease, please replace
the belt.
* ATTENTION: Ride the bike under different resistant loads and make sure the belt does not
slip from the pulleys. Additionally, make sure the belt system doesn´t emit any
loud humming noises. A slipping belt requires more belt tension or
realignment of the flywheel. A straight belt track between crank pulley and
flywheel pulley must be assured.
12) Chain guards assembly.
a) Assemble the right chain guard with the cranks in the position as shown in the picture.
b) Tighten the 6 M4 x 10 x 0.7P Allen bolts of the right chain guard and right hub cover.
c) Assemble the inner chain guard and the left flywheel hub cover using the 7 M4 x 10 x 0.7P
Allen bolts.
13) End of the operation.
