Residual risks
Even when properly used in the tool is always
some residual risk that can not be excluded. From
the nature and design of the tool, the following
potential hazards can be derived :
- Contact with the unprotected chain ( cuts);
- Reaching into the running saw chain (cut injury);
- Unexpected , sudden movement of the guide
rail ( cuts);
- Ejection of parts of the chain;
- Ejection of parts of the material to be cut;
- Impairment of hearing , if there is no prescribed
hearing protection is worn;
- Inhalation of of material to be cut;
- Risk of kickback;
- This device produces an electromagnetic eld
during operation ! This eld can interfere with
active or passive medical implants under certain
circumstances!
To reduce the risk of serious or fatal injury , we
recommend persons with medical implants their
physician and the manufacturer of the medical
implant consulted before the instrument is used !
