Unplug the cable at J03 and be sure console cable is inserted in JP1 (Fig-1) .Use multi-meter set to DC
voltage to check the voltage of JP03 pin1& Pin2. If cannot measure any voltage, replace LCB. If you measure
any voltage replace console. If you can measure any voltage in JP03 but resistance still does not function,
test the ECB (Fig-2) .
