CHAPTER 2: Troubleshooting
2.4.1 TROUBLESHOOTING –CONSOLE DOES NOT LIGHT UP
SOLUTION:
1. The outlet the machine is plugged into is functional.
2. The correct power cord is being used. Only use the power cord included or provided by Customer
Tech Support.
3. The power cord is not pinched or damaged and is properly plugged into the outlet and the machine.
4. Remove the console and check if the console cable has good connected with the console.
Test console cable for 12VDC between pin1 & pin8. If power and connection is good, replace console.
5. Check to see if the console upper cable and console lower are connected well.
6. Remove the side cover and check to see if the cable is connected well.
7. For E30
7.1 Check to see if using correct adaptor: output 12VDC 2A.
7.2Remove the ECB to console cable (see Page7 figure 1). Use multi-meter to check the ECB CN3
Pin1/Pin2 (Positive) and Pin 8 (GND) if cannot see voltage +12 VDC. Install new ECB.

7.3. Unplug the console cable from the LCB (see Page12 figure-2). Use multi-meter to check the
LCB JP1 Pin1 (Positive) and Pin 8 (Negative) to see if voltage is +12 VDC.
7.4 If a cannot see +12VDC, connect the LCB to Console cable. If still cannot see light on the screen,
the console is damage, install new console..
