3. Unzip & open the downloaded folder and copy files onto the USB drive root directory.
4. Remove the USB drive from the personal computer and insert it into the console USB port.
5. Access the Product Dashboard by touching and holding on the Matrix logo, top center of display.
6. Touch on the “Machine Settings” button.
7. Type “3 0 0 1 enter” on the keypad that appears to access Machine Settings menu.
8. Touch on the “Update” tab.
9. Touch on the “UPDATE FROM USB” button.
10. The console will scan the USB drive for available update files; the files available to be updated
will be displayed on-screen.
11. Touch “UPDATE” to begin the console software update; updates taking 30 minutes to complete
are not unexpected.
The console will update all software packages available.
Best practice is to cycle power with the main power switch after updates have completed. We suggest
staggering the update times so that at most 7 consoles are being updated at the same time.
