2. Press the “Machine Settings” button.
3. Type “3 0 0 1 enter” on the keypad that appears to access Machine Settings menu.
4. Touch on the “Experimental Features” tab.
5. Touch on the “IO” tab that appears.
6. Touch on the “Power Monitor” button.
Voltage and current measurements supplied via the Console Cable (Console Power fields) and Extend
Power (Frame DC Power Board) are displayed.
If the Extend Power reading is less than 10 volts, the Frame DC Power Board may be disconnected or
faulty.
Connection Speed (Bandwidth) Test
If internet & streaming apps are performing poorly, the download speed a console has available is easily
checked to ensure its adequate.
1. Access the Product Dashboard by touching and holding on the Matrix logo, top center of display.
2. Press the “Bandwidth Test” button.
