Add or Remove Apps
Apps may be made Inactive and hidden to meet facility needs or if an app is experiencing a problem and
awaiting an update or fix.
To manage available apps:
1. Access the Product Dashboard by touching and holding on the Matrix logo, top center of display.
2. Press the “Machine Settings” button.
3. Type “3 0 0 1 enter” on the keypad that appears to access Machine Settings menu.
4. Touch on the “Applications” tab.
To rearrange app locations or remove apps:
1. Press and hold app icon
2. Drag icon to desired location and release
3. If an app is moved to the “Inactive” column, it will not appear on the workout screen.
An app with a grayed-out icon or padlock cannot be moved or disabled.
Frame DC Power Board Test
Some frames have an additional console power supply located in the frame, wired in parallel to the
MCB/LCB. On Touch & TouchXL consoles, three console functions are disabled when this board is
disconnected or faulty:
• Front USB power & data
• Qi wireless device charging
• User fan
Accessing the connector when connected to the UCB with a voltmeter is difficult; the power supply
turns off when disconnected from the console, making direct measurement a challenge.
To check Frame DC Power Board status:
