Qi Wireless Charger
If the External Power Board located in the frame is faulty or not connected properly, the Qi Wireless
Charger is disabled and will not function.
Follow these steps to replace this part.
1. Remove the Console from the Frame.
2. Remove 4 #2 Phillips from the Tuner; disconnect the Tuner HDMI Cable and move the tuner to
the side.
• NA STD Tuner; other tuners may differ.
3. Remove 4 #1 Phillips from the Qi charger.
4. Remove connector from UCB socket JP12 (QI).
5. Loosen or remove cable fixing bracket, if needed.
6. Qi module can be removed by lifting away from the console.
• The Display Bracket shouldn’t need to be removed or loosened.
7. Install new Qi Charger; affix with 4 #1 Phillips.
8. Align & connect the cable to UCB socket JP12 (QI charger).
9. Reattach the cable fixing bracket.
10. Place the Tuner back into place. Affix with 4 #2 Phillips and reconnect HDMI Cable.
11. Install the Console on the Frame.
