a. Align the header with the UCB socket and press straight down to seat; affix with 2 #2
Phillips screws.
30. Install the Wi-Fi board to UCB socket CN5 if previously removed.
a. Align board to socket, inserting at ~30 degree angle; gently press down to level with
UCB; affix with 1 #2 Phillips screw.
b. Verify both antenna wires connecting to Wi-Fi board remained properly attached.
c. Secure the wires to UCB & console panel with tape where appropriate.
31. Touch only: If removed, reinstall the fan vent shroud to the upper frame rail; affix with 2 #1
Phillips screws.
32. Align & connect the HDMI cable to UCB socket CN2 (HDMI IN2) if installed.
33. Align & connect the cable to UCB socket CN1 (GYMKIT) if installed.
34. Align & connect the cable to UCB socket J1 (TV TUNER) if installed.
35. Align & connect the cable to UCB socket JP12 (QI charger).
a. Reattach the cable fixing bracket, if loosened or removed.
36. Align & connect the cable to UCB socket J5 (ANT+).
37. Align & connect the cable to UCB socket JP11 (RE-IR+LED).
38. Align & connect the USB cable to UCB socket CN11 (Front USB).
a. Reattach the cable fixing bracket, if loosened or removed.
39. Align & connect the cable to UCB socket J9 (Touch).
40. Align & connect the cable to UCB socket J21 (Earphone2).
41. Align & connect the cable to UCB socket J15 (Audio SinkA).
42. Install the Fan Bracket.
43. Install the Console on the Frame.

USB Port
USB3.0 port in the front of the console provides a connection for wired device charging & personal
media access, as well as USB software updates & mouse for troubleshooting.
If the Frame DC Power Board located in the frame is faulty or not connected properly, the USB port is
not powered and no connected device will function.
The cable and port are one integrated part; there is no separate board and interconnect cable as with
LED, GT LED, and Premium LED consoles.
Follow these steps to replace this part.
1. Remove the Console from the Frame.
2. Remove the Console Frame from the Console.
3. Detailed replacement instructions are under development.
4. Install the Console Frame into the Console.
5. Install the Console on the Frame.
