INTRODUCTION
Using the Troubleshooting Guide
The Console Troubleshooting Guide is meant to be used concurrently with the Frame Troubleshooting
Guide and Technology Troubleshooting Guide.
1. Locate the serial number on both the frame and console of the unit.
2. Reference the appropriate guide depending on serial number prefix, or product code.
This document will be updated periodically with new, emerging, and resolved issues. New and updated
information will funnel through the Update Center. See the Change Log for revision information.

Serial Number Location
The serial number and regulatory stickers are located on the side of the console.
