- Heat Boost Function ('A'): All heaters are equipped with a heat boost function that operates at maximum power for a set period, indicated by a flashing 'A' alternating with the temperature setting. The duration of the boost depends on the selected heat setting. It can be activated by pressing the '+' button after selecting an element and deactivated by pressing '-' until '0' appears or '+' until '9' appears.
- Turning Elements On/Off:
- To switch the hob on, touch the power symbol.
- Select an element by touching its corresponding button. A red dot indicates selection.

- Hot Hob Warning Indicators ('H'): An 'H' displayed indicates residual heat in the cooking zone. Users are cautioned that the absence of 'H' does not guarantee the surface is safe to touch, and care should always be taken.
- Recommended Cookware: Use heavy gauge, flat, smooth-bottomed pans of the same diameter as the element for optimal contact and reduced cooking times. Stainless steel sandwich base or enameled cast iron pans are recommended. Plastic or aluminum foil dishes should not be used.
- Energy Saving Tips: Use lids, reduce temperature once liquid boils, place pans on elements before turning on heat, choose proper cookware size and material, minimize liquid/fat, use residual heat, and select appropriate temperature settings.
Maintenance Features:
- Cleaning Tips:
- Do not use abrasive pads, corrosive cleaners, aerosol cleaners, or sharp objects.
- For burnt food, soak with a damp cloth and washing-up liquid.
- A scraper (purchased locally) can be used for stubborn food or residues. Sticky foods should be cleaned immediately before the glass cools.
- Exercise caution with scrapers to avoid scratching the silicon adhesive on the glass edges. Keep scrapers away from children.
- Use special ceramic hob cleaner on the hob while it is warm to touch. Rinse and wipe dry with a clean cloth or paper towel to prevent staining from cleaning residue.
