Continuous stopping and starting of the appliance, may shorten the
life of the Compressor.
The refrigeration system may contain iso-butane(R600a), a natural
gas characterized by a high level of environmental compatibility, however
still flammable.
When transporting and setting up the appliance, when handing, cleaning
and subsequently disposing of it when it is being taken out of use, ensure
that no damage is caused to any part of the coolant circuit.
If any leak caused by mechanical damage, coincides with a source of
ignition, an explosion may occur. For this reason, no household
appliances driven by an electric motor(e.g.:stirrers, mixers, or ice cream
beaters) should be operated inside the appliance. Nor should any
heating or any other source of ignition be introduced into the appliance.
This particularly applies to naked flames, this is also applicable to the
area surrounding the appliance openings. As the coolant is heavier than
air, it accumulates at ground level. If a fault should occur, the room
containing the appliance must be kept well ventilated.
Before carrying out any work on the appliance such as cleaning,
defrosting, changing bulbs, replacing door seals, setting up or installing,
either pull out the mains supply plug or switch off at the circuit breaker, or
remove the fuse.
Danger of explosion!
Do not store flammable liquids or gasses in the appliance!
Pay particular attention when checking the coolant circuit for damage.
Never use any electrical heater, hot air fan, hair dryer, steam cleaner or
any other source of heat!
