Choose a flat, firm, well-ventilated location away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
Ensure 100mm space on sides, 100mm at rear, and 300mm at top for adequate ventilation and door opening.
Use the thermostat dial. MAX for fast freezing, MID for storage. Adjust based on room temperature.
Set to MAX for quick freezing (approx -28°C). Freeze for 24 hrs, then return dial to MID.
Thaw loosely covered at room temperature. Cook soon after thawing and drain liquids.
