Why is my Maven not producing steam?
- The Maven 125IS has a filter to help prolong the life of your iron station. Before first use, please
follow the instructions to soak your filter included in your manual or your quick start guide.
My Maven 125IS is making a chugging noise
- The Maven 125IS utilizes pump technology to deliver endless steam. The pump can make a
small noise when in operation. If the unit runs out of water or the filter is not soaked properly the
chugging noise will increase.
How many temperature settings does the Maven 125IS have?
- The Maven 125IS has 4 temperature settings.
1. Eco Mode – This is a mode safe for all fabrics
2. Dot 1 – Lowest setting, No Steam
3. Dot 2 – Medium/Low Setting, Low Steam
4. Dot 3 – Medium Heat, Medium Steam
5. Dot 4 – Max Heat and Steam
IMPORTANT: Before starting to iron, read the garment labels and follow the manufacturer’s ironing instructions.
Does the Maven 125IS have an auto-off?
- The Maven 125IS Iron Station is equipped with a 10-minute auto-off. To reengage the iron you
can move the iron or press any button. With fast heat-up technology, the Maven is ready in under
30 seconds.
Do I need to use distilled water?
- If you have really hard water, we suggest emptying the 1L water tank after use. This will ensure no settled
water clogs the unit. For best results, always use clean fresh water. The use of distilled water is not
required, but it will prolong the life of your iron.
How long does it take to heat up?
- The Maven Iron Station has fast heat-up technology and is ready in under 30 seconds!
How long is the power cord on the 125IS?
- The Maven 125IS power cord is 8’ long.
How long is the Steam cord on the 125IS?
- The Maven 125IS is equipped with a 60” Steam hose.
