Thank you for purchasing the Fire Detection Panel Crossfi re. This panel was design with the highest
standards of performance and quality, in accordance with the EN-54.
Before Installation
Please read this manual thouroughly to ensure that you can use this device correctly and safely
Package Contents
When you get the product, it is recommended to verify the following issues
1. When you unpack the panel, please check if there is something missing or if it is detected any
damage in the panel, please report it to your dealer.
The same procedure shall be taken if the panel is not working like it was supposed to. In both cases
report it to your dealer and he will give you the instructions to the return of the panel.
2. Gather all the aspects necessary to proceed with the return, like product bill, conditions of
the package and contact name.
3.- If you return the panel, please return it in the original package.
In your control panel package, you must check for the following items:
Notes for Installation
1. Ambient temperature should be between -5ºC and +40º C.
2. Relative Humidity below 93% (non-condensing).
3. Do not install the panel in locations subject to vibrations or impacts.
4. Always mount the panel in a secure location with easy access, according to the local regulations.
Protection against transitory interference
Like any other electronic device, this panel will not work well if submitted to electrical discharge or
electromagnetic interference higher than supported.
There is no system totally immune, so a good ground connection shall be done to get a better protection
against this kind of phenomena.
Cleaning and Location
Install the panel in a secure place where the access to the panel is done easily and the front Led´s can
be read also easily.
To clean the panel, use a so ft and moist cloth and never use other products that can damage the plastic
surface such as solvents.
