Tighten Belt
Place your hand on the base.
Firmly push the base down and
towards the vehicle seat back
while pulling the shoulder belt
or the free end of the lap belt
parallel with the base belt path.

Buckle Vehicle Belt
If your car’s vehicle belt has a
switchable retractor, use it to
lock the vehicle belt.
